| I love summer mornings and the quiet bliss it brings to my day. I love the slight breeze, the stillness filled with sunshine or a misplaced cloud, the quiet calm that fills the air and floats around me in a happy rhythm of both bright and soft floral colors everywhere my eye can see. They're not all perfect. And neither is life. They need to be trimmed and fed and pruned. Just like my life. They don't always grow or turn out as I'd hoped, or sometimes illness, an invading snail or some other thing I haven't heard of will bring them down. And then I have an opportunity to learn. To adjust. To mend. To heal. To help. To grow ...Funny how gardening stretches it's way through life with all it's beautiful colors and bliss, it's victories, it's disappointments and want for help. Thriving, bending, but never quite breaking or giving up.Gardening teaches life. Life grows with gardening. Each expresses a creative opportunity. Each embraces change and opens doors ... If you allow yourself to see it.What doors in your life need to open? Do you see them? |
